Making reservations for guests on daily basis on-call, on-site and online.

Responding to guest requests & inquiries online and in-person through the websites & Gmail.

Ability to do all the front desk duties on own for a hotel strength of 150-200 rooms.

Fine knowledge of operating OPERA for daily operations like check-in, check-out, guest stay extension, billing and other tasks.

Proficiency in working with Microsoft suite (MS Word, MS Office, Outlook, Excel, etc.)
-
Knowledge of housekeeping, maintenance and resolving some technical issues.
